Refund policy

Returns

We hope you’ll love every Miouva item you receive.
However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Please contact us at contact@miouva.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible - our apologies for the inconvenience.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital downloads (printables, files, etc.)

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
